A 120-day experiment investigated the new organic raw materials for Gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) feeding on growth, nutritional parameters, digestibility, and histology.

The study provides valuable information on the effects of different organic diets on digestibility and gilthead seabream liver and intestinal morphology, which could be used to improve sustainable and healthy aquaculture practices.
