    The European Market Observatory for Fisheries and Aquaculture products (EUMOFA) is offering a free webinar in English that will give participants guidance on the main practical applications of its trade database on fisheries and aquaculture products.

    During the 50-minute webinar, which will take place on the 29th of April 2020, 10:30 a.m. CET, EUMOFA experts will be available to interact with participants and respond to questions.

    Documentary / filming activity for AVCC was conducted at Kurtun Dam Lake, Arsin fishing port and a trout hatchery on 3rd and 19th of December 2019, respectively.

    8th Aquaculture Workshop in Antalya – 26-29 February, 2020

    Coordinator of KTU participated to the 8th Aquaculture Workshop in Antalya on 26-29 February 2020, organised by Central Union of Aquaculture Investors. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and General Directorates of Fisheries and Aquaculture together with high level of bureaucrats, universities, fish farmers, suppliers and representatives of the international companies participated to the workshop.

    New support regime was announced by Mr. Bekir Pakdemirli (Minister of Agriculture and Forestry), Mr. Altuğ ATALAY (General Director of Fisheries and Aquaculture).

    Recirculation, distant monitoring, feed and feeding, aquaponics and fish diseases were the main topics at the event. More than 500 people attended the event.
