The European Market Observatory for Fisheries and Aquaculture Products (EUMOFA) has published the latest issue of Monthly Highlights (No. 3/2025), which features a case study on plaice in the EU.

The publication also analyses first-sales evolution at commodity group level and first sales of EU Member States.
